The Role: Junior Merchandiser
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Coimbatore. This role focuses on managing corporate orders, institutional orders, and private label projects, along with overseeing the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of corporate orders with adherence to quality standards.
- Manage institutional orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise private label projects, coordinating custom designs and branding with clients.
- Oversee procurement, including material sourcing, price negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the apparel industry, ideally in merchandising or procurement.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing corporate, institutional, or private label orders in the apparel industry will be an added advantage.
